Kevin L. King

Kevin has had a vibrant legal practice for over thirty-five years.  Kevin's work focuses on banking/finance, commercial transactions, and corporate and general business law, including real estate law and real estate transactions.  Kevin has extensive experience in the formation of business entities and handling both basic and sophisticated asset purchase and sale transactions.  Kevin previously served as General Counsel for Pulaski Bank and St. Louis Bank, and currently serves as President & CEO of St. Louis Bank.

Kevin previously acted as General Counsel to the Attorney General of the State of Missouri and gained an insider's view to governmental regulation.  Kevin brings this experience to bear when representing clients in state and federal regulatory matters.  Kevin has also handled zoning matters for a variety of clients.  Kevin's professionalism and dedication to the practice of law has earned him an "A/V" rating from his peers, the highest rating an attorney may receive.

Active in Missouri politics for over twenty-five years, Kevin served as president of the Missouri Association of Republicans. He also previously served on the board, and past president, of Catholic Family Services, a division of Catholic Charities, and past president and emeritus director of Missouri K.I.D.S. (Missourians who Kare for Injured and Disabled Students), a charitable foundation providing financial assistance to student-athletes who suffer disabling injuries. Kevin currently serves as General Counsel for the St. Louis Sports Hall of Fam.

Kevin has been actively involved in sports throughout his life.  During college, Kevin was a scholarship athlete for the University of Missouri-Columbia and Saint Louis University basketball teams.  Kevin and his wife, Julie, have three daughters, Meghan, Caitlin and Julie, and a son, R.J.

Daniel J. McNamee

Dan handles an array of matters for individuals and businesses, advising clients on corporate, real estate and other business related concerns. His practice includes representing lenders and other creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy and collection matters. During the course of his practice, Dan has successfully prosecuted and defended cases through all phases of litigation, including contract disputes, civil rights, premises liability, employment cases and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters in both state and federal courts.

Dan is a volunteer lawyer with the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and participates in various projects with Habitat for Humanity. He is a member of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and coaches the St. John Paul II Boys CYC Soccer Team. Dan serves on the board of the James J. Slama Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization providing tuition assistance through scholarships for students seeking to attend private Catholic high schools in the Greater St. Louis Area. Dan resides in St. Louis County with his wife, Victoria, and son Colin.
